Born in Cesena, Italy is considered the best “nose” in the world for spirits and grappas and one of the best noses in the world for wine. Oenologist of studies, she is an expert in psychology of perception and chemical-sensorial analysis, she has collaborated in various ways with organizations from different regions and with important Italian and foreign companies in the development of projects in the food & drink sector. She has won prestigious awards: international (Silver Medal for the International Challenge du Vin – Vin Expò; Bordeaux 1999) and national (Gold Medal, from 1997 to 2000 and from 2002 to 2004, at the National Grappa Competition “Award Alambicco d’Oro “). She is also co-author of scientific articles in the field of oenology and has been a speaker on topics concerning sensory analysis, at national congresses and conferences.
